Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment, and your $60 deposit transfers to your new booking date — no loss, no hassle.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment, or missed appointments, forfeit the $60 deposit. A new deposit is required to book again.
Every appointment is one-on-one, in a private studio, with time set aside exclusively for you. Late cancellations make that time very difficult to fill for another client — the 48-hour window keeps things fair for everyone.
Just reach out by phone, email, or Instagram as soon as you know you need to change your appointment — the earlier, the easier it is to find you a new time.
